What is Membership Camping?

One-time Membership plus Annual Dues
You purchase a membership at a home park. Holiday Trails is a whole system, so rather than just having one park to stay at for no nightly fees, you have our whole network You can also attach a affiliate system to go to over 500 resorts across North America for usually only $10 - $15USD a night. Members purchase a one-time camping membership and pay annual dues to keep their membership active. What makes Holiday Trails different is:

We are a whole system instead of only one park
We have been around since 1983 and are family owned and operated
We have resorts in Canada so if you cannot go to the States for some reason, you have places to visit here. At the same time with the affiliate system you can explore down south for nightly fees of usually only $10 - $15USD a night rather than the usual $25 - $75 of most full hook up RV resorts.

Holiday Trails Resorts offers two kinds of memberships and the ability to pay no annual dues:

Holiday Trails Resorts Weekender Membership

How do I start to camp with a membership?

First, you join a membership park of your choice. This is called your "Home Park".
At Holiday Trails Resorts, you have a home SYSTEM, not just one park to stay at for no nightly fees. You can join by contacting one of our Membership Consultants.

Second, use your membership to get great benefits at your Home Park/System.
In most camping memberships, you can stay free at your home park all year. Restrictions and rules are installed at each home park, but generally the rule for a free stay means that you can stay up to 14 days at any one time. Then you must vacate the park for 14 days before returning.

At Holiday Trails Resorts, you are able to stay at all of our parks for no cost because they are ALL considered your home park. You are also able to move from one park to the next without vacating the system.

Third, once you have a membership, you can add-on more parks by purchasing a reciprocal system that allows you access to more than 500 parks with overnight fees as low as $10-$15 USD per night. These first class parks are located in desirable areas and often provide full hook-ups for a reasonable nightly fee.
